All members of Estreet Services are required to provide true and accurate information
with regards to their account information and any/all interaction with Estreet Services
and its advertisers and merchants. Estreet Services will not be responsible or liable
to the member in any regard, if the address provided by the member is incorrect
or the change in address in not intimated.
Estreet Services will make endeavours to ensure that the information present on
the website is accurate; however, Estreet Services does not guarantee that all information
(particularly those provided by third parties and merchants etc) is accurate. Estreet Services will endeavour to update the website with any new information as soon as
it becomes available to keep the contents of the website as accurate as possible.
3.Cashback
Estreet Services works in conjunction with various third parties including advertisers
and merchants. As a Estreet Services member, you stand to earn cashback when you
make purchases from the merchant (sale) or when you fill up the registration form
on the merchant’s website (lead) as illustrated on our website following the specified
conditions therein.
It is important to understand that all transactions that you make are not with Estreet Services but with the individual merchants. The Estreet Services may increase or
decrease the cash backs offered from time to time due to various factors including
but not limited to the increase or decrease of commission structure by the merchants.The
member would be paid the cashback as per the cash back rate mentioned on the website
on the date of transaction.
When the member gets itself registered with Estreet Services, he/she will receive
a welcome email. The member must press the ‘Validate’ button provided in the welcome
email to activate his email id. The member will receive the cashback only if he
activates his email id by following the said procedure.
It is important to note that the member would be eligible for the cash back only
when a member logs into the Estreet Services’ website and clicks on one of the links
present there to reach the merchant’s website and make purchases.
The payment status will be shown as
‘Pending’ when the sale/lead is completed.
When the sale/lead is confirmed by the respective merchant in all aspects, the payment
status will show ‘Confirmed’. The time taken to confirm the sale/lead varies from
merchant to merchant. At this stage, the payment is awaited and the time taken by
the merchant to release the payment depends on the merchant’s policies and the process
cycle. Upon receiving the payment from the merchant, Estreet Services, after checking
all the records such as verifying email address etc., will
dispatch the same
to you through the payment mode you have opted within a reasonable period of time.
At this stage the payment status will change to ‘Dispatched’ along with the dispatch
date.
Estreet Services cannot be held liable if a merchant fails to confirm a sale/lead
to it although it will make efforts to track the sale/lead on behalf of the member.
We would only be able to make payments to our members once we receive the same from
our merchant. Estreet Services does not hold the responsibility for any delay.
No cashback will be paid if subsequently a sale is reversed or goods are returned
for whatever reason and in such cases the member shall have to adhere to the terms
of the respective merchant and those terms shall be final and Estreet Services shall
not be liable and/or responsible for the same.
Individual merchants might have their own rules in determining whether a transaction
is genuine or not. These may or may not be displayed on either the Estreet Services
website or the merchant’s website. In case of any dispute regarding the sales/leads,
the decision of Estreet Services and/or the merchant will be final.
Estreet Services is not liable to pay any tax that might be levied on your earnings
through the cashback that we offer you. Users should make tax assessments, arising
out of such a situation, on their own.
The company has full authority to amend Cashback amount of members due to accounting
errors, non-payment from third parties, products returned or suspected fraud.
In case the members have logged-off and need to make another transaction, they must
re-login otherwise we would be unable to give the due cashback Also, if the transaction
is made through a bookmarked merchant, Estreet Services would not be liable to pay
back the cashback that is due to the member.
4. Administration Fee
Estreet Services will charge the members an annual administration fee of £2.99.
This will be taken out of the member’s first cash back and annually thereafter.
The member is not liable to pay administrative fee on subsequent cash backs even
if earned on different trading styles of Estreet Services and the same applies annually.
5. Payment Schedule
A member will need to send a request to Estreet Services for any cashback payment
to be issued. The request can be made through the facility provided in the member’s
account area on the website. There are different thresholds of accumulated cashback
amount for the payments to be received by the member through different means. If
the member wishes to receive the payment through a cheque, the minimum accumulated
cashback amount should be £25.00 (exclusive of the transaction and the administrative
fee). Estreet Services will charge an transaction fee of 75p for every cheque payment.
This fee will be deducted from the cashback amount and the balance amount will be
paid. If the cashback is to be paid directly into the bank account of the member,
the minimum accumulated cashback amount should be £25.00. Estreet Services will
charge an transaction fee of 75p for every BACS payment.
If the total cashback due is less than £25.00, then it will be carried forward to
the next payment cycle after deducting the annual administration fee due, if any.
The customer’s account will be credited with the cashback once the minimum threshold
limit of £25.00 is achieved. The accumulated payments will not accrue any interest.
Estreet Services reserves the right to not pay cash backs to any member whose account
becomes dormant or is terminated for any reason whatsoever. Payment of cash backs
will be made into UK bank accounts only.
6.Refer A Friend
You are able to earn £1.00 every time you refer a friend to our website. However
the amount will only be credited in your account after he/she has earned a Cashback
of not less than £5.00 from Estreet Services.
If a member refers his/her one friend to more than one trading styles of Estreet
Services then he is entitled to earn the referral amount on only the first referral
made to us and not on the subsequent ones.
7. Dormant Accounts/Termination of Accounts
An account will be deemed as a dormant account if the member has not logged into
it for 6 months or more. To keep an account from being a dormant account, members
are advised to log into their account at least once every 6 months. Estreet Services
reserves the right to terminate any dormant account without any notice.
Estreet Services may, at any time, terminate a member’s membership with or without
cause or notice. Grounds of termination may include but not be limited to suspected
fraud, not adhering to the terms and conditions of the website etc. The termination
of a membership will be in the sole discretion of Estreet Services and its decision
will be final and binding. In case a member’s account becomes dormant or is terminated
for any reason, any cashback amount in the account will be forfeited.
In case a fraudulent transaction is detected, your account at the site will be terminated
with immediate effect. We will not be liable to pay any pending cashback in such
accounts. Relevant merchants define fraudulent activities, we can appeal on behalf
of our users but the merchant’s decision will be final and binding.
8. Security of Accounts
At the time of joining the membership of Estreet Services, a user will be required
to register using a combination of username and password. This will be the sole
identification of the member and will be required at the time of purchases or claiming
cash backs.
It is the member’s responsibility to keep the username and password secure. The
account holders should not disclose their username and passwords to any unauthorised
person as any individual logging in with the correct username and password will
have complete access to that particular account.
Access to your membership account at Estreet Services is protected by your username
and password. Estreet Services will never release these details to third parties.
In case any member forgets her/his username and/or password, s/he may use the ‘password
reminder’ facility to request for the username/password.
Estreet Services will not be liable for any activity in the member’s account which
arises out of a member not keeping their username/password secure.
9. Warranty

takes reasonable skill and care that the data and information provided on the site

13. Spam
If a user publishes Estreet Services links with an account ID outside of the website,
